The Zimmer Group supports Scholl Concepts GmbH, a leading manufacturer of car polishing products, in the production of polishing wheels with its ST series needle gripper. The needle gripper has solved the problem of material with different foam densities, sizes and thicknesses, which could not be overcome with vacuum cups. With a service life of up to 5 million maintenance-free cycles and a high level of safety thanks to protection class IP30, the needle gripper has proven to be a reliable component of the production processes at Scholl Concepts.
